With expansion opportunities on the horizon and with an intent to remain an employer of choice within facilities management services; we seek Expressions of interest for our new 14:14 roster.
Who are we looking for
- Experienced Chef Managers with bulk cooking experience within remote sites environments combined with the ability to maintain the profitability of operations; managing budgets maintaining food standards manage client liaison & manage diverse teams
- Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights or Chefs already residing in Australia seeking potential Visa sponsorship.
- Trade Certificate Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Previous experience in masscatering environments (volume cooking)which will include preparing cooking and presenting meals for breakfast dinner crib and pastries
- Ability to manage HACCP procedures and safe work practices
