Technical Product Owner - Airline Experience

The Technical Product Owner works closely with business partners wider technology domains and external parties providing a single point of accountability across Plan Build and Run for Technology products in the Airline Experience portfolio. The goal is to deliver world class capabilities to our operational staff and a world class experiences to our customers.

This role is in a highly reactive area working with products and projects within integrated operations crisis management and accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives & strategic outcomes from concept through to operations.

The Technical Product Owner is a leader with a customercentric mentality and plays a crucial decision maker role with the ability to manage high pressure areas that may impact critical operations. They will manage the quality of service and operational stability including IT risk and compliance management delivering service improvements and providing input to service management strategies.

They responsible for developing a team culture of continuous improvement and innovation.  

Youll have:

• 7 10 years experience in an Agile environment and experience (or equivalent work experience)
• 3 years in implementation and delivery roles
• Demonstrated Senior Product Ownership experience proven product delivery implementation and run.
• Strong financial management strong commercial and business acumen 
• Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve or lead the solving of strategic problems of high complexity on a large scale
• Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
• Solid experience in operational service management
• Experience designing and facilitating fit for purpose workshops that deliver defined outcomes
• Expert stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Able to work crossfunctionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes
• Strong negotiation and conflict skills
• Strong people leadership skills and experience
• Preferably Airport or Airline technology experience
