YOUR MISSION
Retail Sales Development
Develop sales and manage sales performance by store to reach the target
Coordinate with SalesIn team to ensure efficient order taking and processing stocks to ensure optimum inventory at stores
Compile monthly sales report to management (commercial lines including new launches)
Communicate competitions marketing activity to management
Management of Sales force
Ensure that BCs follow the Dior art of selling and express Dior Brand values through customer service
Motivate evaluate and retain a dynamic sales team and build team spirit
Improve BC productivity and ensure development of BCs through regular coaching sessions and counter visits
Conduct yearly appraisals
Cooperate with training team to ensure BCs attend the mandatory training courses
Initiate and execute local incentive programs
Recruit the best qualified counter managers and BCs
Propose BC development plan to increase knowledge and skills
Propose and manage closely manpower allocation by store
Plan and control expense budget pertaining to retail activities (transportation atrium miscellaneous expenses etc)
Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at assigned counters
Brand/ Image & Merchandising
Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual merchandising BC grooming and POS activities
Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelines
Promotion/ animation management
Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department
Ensure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each event
Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animation
Retail and Coordination
Take ownership of retail projects
Ensure counter teams mastership and consistent daily use of tools and operating standards
Monitor progress and review counters results with CMs/ counter heads
Take charge of annual performance reviews for BCs
Mystery Shoppers Survey
Ensure close follow up on action plans in order to improve D.I.O.R indicators of assigned counters
Qualifications :

Profile :
At least 5 years experience in Sales department as supervision level in managing team (ideally counter manager experience)
Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business (department stores)
Strong in leadership and in people management
Experience in building effective teams
A resultdriven achiever with ambition motivation and dynamism.
Down to earth sincere and have a heart for people
