Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer & Events:
- Assist with planning and of influencer marketing campaigns for global initiatives
- Support the planning and of smaller popup events in New York City to engage influencers in the beauty and lifestyle space
- Manage influencer mailers
Social Media:
- Assist with the development and implementation of the social media strategy for global campaigns
- Generate engaging organic content for various social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights for content optimization
Campaign Support:
- Help plan and kick off the fall consumer marketing campaign
- Support the Paid Earned and Owned media teams with various tasks and projects
Relationship Building:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and media contacts
- Collaborate with creative teams and marketing teams to execute all business influencer and social strategy
- Assist with adhoc projects for the Consumer Marketing team
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee may be regularly required to stand sit reach stoop kneel and operate a computer telephone and keyboard.
Qualifications :
PROFILE
You are:
- A rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations Media or a related field
You have:
- Prior internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry is highly desirable
