The Affinity QA team is a small but mighty group focused on quality assurance across all Affinity software and services. Were part of a wider team that handles testing localization and supportmaking sure everything we release is polished reliable and ready to delight our users. Were handson with every stage of the process from spotting bugs to improving usability and we work closely with teams across the company to make sure our products are the best they can be.
This is a fixed term contract role until approx. January 2026.
Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney Australia but we have a swanky new office in London that has all the bells and whistles. Even though youll find us in Shoreditch you have choice in where and how you work (Nottingham office London office or remote) we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What youd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.

About the team
As part of the team youll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Affinity installs software content documentation and support servicesboth before and after release. Your sharp eye for detail and problemsolving mindset will help us deliver a smooth userfriendly experience for our customers.
Youll be handson with testing processes identifying and communicating any bugs or usability issues. Youll also collaborate with teams across the company to help improve the overall functionality and productivity of our products and support services.
Strong communication is essential as youll be sharing your testing insights with colleagues and when needed with our users. Youll also be an advocate for our company policies helping to maintain a safe and supportive workplace for everyone.
