Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in both the corporate and travel agent segments.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in Surabaya and neighbouring areas.
- Build strong longterm relationships with clients and partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Represent the hotel at sales events trade shows and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and service delivery.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 23 years experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong network and connections within the Surabaya corporate and travel trade markets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
