Job Description
As a Porter / Concierge no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience and everything in between luggage assistance restaurant hosting door hosting and responding to guest requests whilst at the same time creating stories that stay.
- Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
- Regular checks of the foyer cleaning of curbside (if required) and ensure the Premium Check in Suite is kept presentable at all times.
- Ensure guests are entering the correct lounges with understanding boarding passes
- Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs responding to requests promptly efficiently and courteously
- Handing over to other departments VIPs checking and any additional relevant information or request to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Explain airport and lounge facilities to guests and answer any questions including applicable flight information.
- Be the face of our lounge
- Welcome our guests and make them feel special
- Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- General Porter duties as required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy objects.
- Able to obtain Federal Police clearance to work in the restricted areas associated with the airport.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
