Skills and Experience
Proven handson experience delivering complex BI solutions including data visualization dashboards (e.g. Discover or 3rd party tools) data warehouses and ETL processes
Strong understanding of business intelligence data strategy and analytics concepts
Experience managing BI consultants and platformcentric teams (e.g. Excel power users and BI professionals) with an ability to set objectives monitor performance and ensure valuedriven delivery
Comfortable leading a wide range of client engagements including requirements gathering sessions quarterly business reviews delivery meetings and executivelevel discussions
Motivated selfstarter who operates effectively in ambiguous environments and takes ownership for driving clarity and results
Builds strong internal and external networks and leads through influence and delegation; manages effectively up down and across the organization
Skilled people leader with over 5 years of experience building highperforming teams and coaching individuals for growth and performance
Expertise in leading largescale complex and transformative projects with practical application of project and change management principles
Experienced in managing crossregional teams including collaboration with Global Growth Centers and applying Right Work in the Right Place strategies
Demonstrated international experience and a strong understanding of regional business environments ideally within Eastern Europe
Responsibilities
Acts as the regional BI subject matter expert for Eastern Europe maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics client business priorities and regional context
Accountable for building and leading a highperforming BI team responsible for hiring performance management and career development of team members
Leads strategic BI client engagements focused on delivering measurable value and driving incremental revenue growth
Serves as an escalation point for critical client issues ensuring swift and effective resolution
Ensures ontime highquality client delivery consistently meeting or exceeding expectations through clear planning and quality assurance
Creates and executes a strategic roadmap for the BI function in their region aligning with both client value and organizational goals
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders including Managing Directors and regional leaders
Partners with leadership on the development of new BI products and services contributing to innovation and service expansion
Supports and actively participates in account planning processes identifying BI opportunities that align with broader client and business objectives
Delivers on committed cost savings and ensures effective utilization of global delivery teams in line with operational best practices
Identifies opportunities for enhanced collaboration and integration across NIQ teams to drive broader client impact
