Account Receivable Group Manager
Functional knowledge Deep Domain knowledge on OTC processes management (Cash & Collections). Intense focus on reporting SLAs VoC Governance Client engagement Process improvement and Service delivery Strong people management skills leading large teams or projects SAP knowledge strongly preferred.
Key Accountabilities:
Account Management:
- The person will be responsible for leading and driving the OTC operations Cash application Credit and Collections functions
- Manage collections portfolio maintaining strong customer centricity
- Reviews cash receipts ensuring that they are proper and being processed timely.
- Knows the counterparts at client side and maintains a supportive and professional relationship with them
- Brings in domain understanding to identify pain areas of the client recommend solutions and ensure successful implementation of solutions
Customer Orientation:
- Understands the clients expectations at the process level and not just his / her role level; delivers against these expectations and as per SLAs
- Seeks and reviews customer feedback and takes proposed actions to ensure that client expectations are met better
- Takes ownership of solution oriented effective communication with customers on issues raised findings and proposed resolution.
Accountability:
- Is proactive in identifying and removing obstacles; ropes in support of others in advance to ensure that results are delivered as expected
- Complies with all clients published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
- DPM DTP SOP preparation
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Drives collaboration and team work to meet the larger goals down the line with own and other teams
- Brings teams and people together to establish common goals and common understanding of deliverables; clarifies how each piece fit the larger picture
- Addresses problems and finds solutions by working within and between WNS teams including consultation with and/or escalation to other towers when required
People management:
- Drive and mentor Continuous Improvement projects (Lean and Six sigma based)
- Monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
- Accounting Finance or any Businessrelated course
- Strong experience in High level Process Management knowledge for OTC activities.
- Microsoft Office skills & client industry experience is a must
- Strong written and spoken ability to communicate in English
- Strong People Management Skills
