We are looking for an experienced Corporate Compliance professional for of ombudsperson investigations as per the Ombudsperson Policy and Procedure and compliance monitoring audits .You will be involved in the assigned investigations and compliance audits and will play an important role in fact finding understanding /identifying the root cause evaluating various controls and processes finalisation of corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with business in relation to Investigation and monitoring. This position requires collaboration with compliance legal team members and various stakeholders such HR and Finance etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Leading and executing the Investigations as per the Ombudsperson Policy and Procedures.
You will be responsible for conducting indepth root cause analysis identification of processes and controls which are working and not working and suggesting corrective and preventive actions.
You will be responsible for participating in the training communication and sensitization of the aspects of Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (COBE) and other key compliance policies.
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting of key findings for senior management
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Associate Charted Accountant or MBA (with good exposure in investigations/Internal Audits)/MBA
Minimum work experience: 68 years in a compliancerelated role with a focus on investigations and Compliance audits in pharmaceutical organisation.

Technical Skills
Demonstrated understanding of the general pharmaceutical business showcasing knowledge of industry dynamics trends and challenges.
Strong proficiency in conducting investigations and gathering evidence.
Extensive experience managing litigation matters and working with external legal counsel.
Indepth knowledge of relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
Demonstrated expertise in legal management and legal operations.
Proven track record in corporate compliance and implementing effective compliance programs.
Behavioural skills
Strong written and oral communication abilities facilitating effective expression of ideas.
Demonstrates analytical thinking enabling effective problemsolving and decisionmaking.
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of business requirements simultaneously.
Approaches tasks with a positive cando attitude demonstrating optimism and a solutionoriented mind set.
Effective people management skills with colleagues and clients fostering positive relationships.
Competence in operating effectively within a diverse and complex matrix organization.
