Job Description
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications throughout the value chain.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections according to the test plan excluding largescale measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines or Zwick testing machines.
- Perform productspecific measurements such as particle analysis to verify quality standards.
- Carry out special measurements on components and assemblies as per defined specifications.
- Approve production orders such as batch startups by verifying quality control parameters.
- Validate test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Respond promptly to deviations in accordance with internal processes and protocols.
- Support measurement system analyses to maintain accuracy and consistency in quality assessments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including 5S practices to optimize workflows and maintain a clean organized workspace.
- Ensure strict adherence to applicable standards operating procedures (SOPs) and internal regulations.
- This role requires a detailoriented professional with a commitment to quality the ability to identify and respond to deviations and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience working with EDP/IT systems including MES.
- Solid understanding of relevant Quality Management (QM) guidelines and standards.
- Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement technologies.
- Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes including product and process workflows.
