About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated inhouse Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help support our growth in Asia including but not limited to territories such as Singapore Indonesia Thailand South Korea Japan and Taiwan. This role will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent across various Asian countries to support our company s growth and expansion in the Asian market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Asian labour markets cultural nuances recruitment strategies and a commitment to finding exceptional candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the endtoend recruitment process including job clarification candidate sourcing screening and selection reference checks etc. through offer acceptance and onboarding ensuring a timely and seamless recruitment process in collaboration with managers and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to diverse Asian markets considering cultural and local labor market practices.
- Partner with managers to build strong relationships and effectively understand their talent needs.
- Actively source talent for positions across Asian territories through various channels including job boards social media networking as well as country and industryspecific platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively address future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate data management and consistent reporting to ensure that stakeholders and management are well aware of progress.
- Stay updated with regional labor market trends competitor changes and best practices in talent acquisition and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure recruiting adverts/posts/messages are on brand and targeted for the relevant audiences.
- Manage agency/rec to rec relationships and negotiate Terms of Business.
- Support the HR team to rollout Global/Regional HR initiatives and participate in key HR projects.
- Other adhoc duties & reports as assigned.
Requirements
Essential Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor s degree in human resources business administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with a strong focus on Asian markets.
- Working knowledge of Asian labor markets cultural nuances and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills particularly when working with diverse Asian candidates and teams.
- General understanding of employment laws and regulations in various Asian countries.
- Meticulous and with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across different time zones and cultures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal networking and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Proactive with a positive and cando attitude.
- Must be amenable to working in our Makati/BGC office in a hybrid setup.
