You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an organized motivated and dynamic Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of our Sports Coaching Academy. This role involves leadership client relationship management booking coordination and program development for both youth and adult clients. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills operational excellence and a passion for sports and fitness.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless delivery of all coaching programs.
Supervise academy staff including coaches and administrative teams.
Ensure participant safety satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Adult Booking Coordination:
Manage inquiries bookings and client schedules for adult sessions.
Develop personalized fitness and coaching plans aligned with client goals.
Maintain booking records and manage client session calendars.
Handle booking confirmations rescheduling and cancellations efficiently.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to all clients addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee scheduling record management and payment processing.
Support marketing activities to promote programs and events.
Monitor and report on academy performance metrics (attendance feedback revenue).
Program Development:
Collaborate with coaches to develop refine and enhance coaching programs.
Adapt adult training offerings based on feedback and sports industry trends.
Mandatory:
2 5 years of experience in sports management coaching or similar fields.
Strong organizational leadership and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage booking/scheduling software platforms.
Customercentric attitude with a passion for sports and fitness.
Experience handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
Prior experience managing a sports academy or coaching business.
Knowledge of coaching techniques for various age groups especially adults.
Proficiency in scheduling and booking management software.
Fulltime (Onsite role at Electronic City Phase 1 Bangalore)
