AET Federal is seeking multiple training specialists to assist with IT Service/ Help Desk and Call Centers. The ideal candidate will be able to work hybrid in office 23 times weekly based out in Tysons VA and come with a minimum of 3 years of help desk or technical experience in customer service.
Duties:
Provide remoteside support for mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to equipment
Visit the users desktop or printer for handson support for various types of computer repairs troubleshooting and hardware/software maintenance.
Have overall knowledge of mobile help desk tools and software.
Provide excellent customer service and care for all tickets and client inquiries.
Develop training guides and documentation such as user guide and tip sheets.
Requirements:
Experience developing the Training Plan training curriculum and materials
Be able to commute to Tysons VA 34x weekly
Obtain 3 Years of experience
Experience developing curriculum for TraintheTrainer delivery
Leads TraintheTrainer delivery
Experience developing training documentation (User Guide and Tip Sheets)
Experience in delivering training inperson and in a Hybrid/remote work environment 23x in office)
Prior experience working with help desk/ mobile help desks are a bonus
