Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide firstline technical support to users with a strong focus on Salesforce
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with developers
Assist with user training and onboarding for system tools and features
Support data integrity and perform data updates within Salesforce
Escalate more complex issues to senior team members or developers
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems IT or a related field
Experience using Salesforce in a support or technical capacity
Proven experience providing technical assistance to users within an organization
Strong communication skills and a proactive solutionsfocused approach
Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fastpaced environment
