Workplace Experience Officer
Upto $32.00 per hour Depending on experience
- Part time 2025 hours per week!
- Monday Friday role! Corporate environment!

Due to expanding our operations we have had a vacancy for a Workplace Officer role become available in Melbourne VIC.

The Position
- To report to the Workplace Experience Manager when and as required to do so for the effective overall management of the contract.
- Previous switchboard operation call pickup & voicemail management including directing all calls to the relevant department or personnel (previous administrative/reception experience highly regarded)
- To manage & coordinate all maintenance works suppliers subcontractors & trade persons on site.
- Ensuring client standards are being met and exceeding expectations.
The Person
- Exceptional time management organizational skills and Impeccable personal presentation
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service in a continually changing environment with a strong emphasis on consistency and flexibility
- Provide a warm professional friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all time
