Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Junior Strong/Middle Project Manager with 15 years of experience to join our team.
Lviv or Kyiv location
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience as a Project Manager (or in a similar role)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid)
- Strong organizational timemanagement and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project)
- Team Lead experience is mandatory
- English: UpperIntermediate or Advanced
Will be a plus:
- Experience with HealthCare projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Responsibilities:
- Manage all project phases from discovery through delivery
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables
- Lead project team activities and coordinate daily tasks
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives)
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or blockers
- Keep project documentation accurate and uptodate
- Communicate effectively with clients team members and management
Interview Stages:
1st stage call with Recruiter
2nd stage interview with Delivery Director and Recruiter
