Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilledEnd to End Support Engineerto join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring highquality support services in a challenging client environment. This role is ideal for a selfstarting individual with a strong background in technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide highlevel support and troubleshooting for clients ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware and common software applications.
- Utilize remote access tools to assist clients effectively.
- Administer and manage user accounts and systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting across various operating systems (Windows 11 MAC) and network configurations.
- Expert support for Directors
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and achieve support goals.
- You are already a Senior Support Engineer within Stefanini;
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in ITO projects is a must.
- Proficient in PC hardware installation maintenance and best practices.
- Familiarity with desktop productivity tools such as MS Office MS Project etc.
- Retain ownership over the majority tickets from start to finish and leverages wider internal network and resources to collaboratively solve tickets.
- Strong communication abilities and results orientation with a commitment to achieving objectives and delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong client orientation is expected
- Planning and organizing skills with proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Analytical mindset to analyze problems and devise effective solutions.
- Adaptability to embrace new challenges and changing technologies.
