Birdie is the leading home healthcare technology platform that aims to radically transform the lives of older adults. Its allinone solution supports around 4.8 million (and growing) care visits every month equipping care providers with the tools they need to deliver better quality care and improve efficiency across most daytoday operations. This enables us to collect over 1.5 billion data points on care recipient wellbeing each year making Birdie the holder of the largest structured community healthcare dataset in Europe.

Your mission
Were on the lookout for a sharp peoplefirst Lead Talent Partner (Tech) to help us scale thoughtfully and strategically. Youll play a critical role in shaping how we attract assess and hire toptier talent partnering closely with hiring managers founders and crossfunctional teams to ensure were building highperforming valuesaligned teams.
Youll own endtoend hiring for key roles improve our recruitment practices and lead with insight empathy and speed. If you thrive in fastmoving environments love turning great hiring into a competitive advantage and care deeply about candidate experience this is the role for you.
Reporting to our Head of People & Talent youll hire in the best of the best who add to our culture. Youll be involved with shaping best practices and work directly with our Leadership team to ensure were welcoming in the top 10 of Tech talent.
How you will contribute
Own 34 roles per month and be able to source and screen with precision closing with great time to hire and candidate experience results
Elevate hiring practices by coaching interviewers improving calibration processes and ensuring consistency across the funnel.
Partner with People and hiring managers to maintain clear compelling job descriptions and career narratives.
Champion high hiring standards and proactively identify ways to raise the bar.
Use data to track hiring performance diversity outcomes and pipeline health.
Generate insights to guide workforce planning forecast hiring needs and influence strategic decisions.

Youre an experienced internal Tech partner with 3 years in house at a fast moving B2B SaaS org
Youve played a key role in shaping Talent Strategy and are abreast of global hiring trends
Candidate experience and stakeholder management are your superpowers building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders consistently
You have entrepreneur energy and determination coupled with exemplary skill in managing multiple priorities
Strong sourcing chops and a track record of filling tough roles creatively and quickly.
Passion for inclusive hiring and a deep understanding of equitable hiring practices.
Highly organised curious and energised by fastmoving collaborative environments.

Compensation
Our salary packages are competitive the role is. We also grant generous stock options to any permanent employee at the end of the probation period.
Location
This role will need to be based in the UK with an expectation to be in our London office 23 times a week. We organise regular inperson events and online socials to make sure you can meet up with peers.
Birdie cannot currently support any visa applications we do require permanent right to work in the roles location.
L&D budget

Base holiday
33 days base holiday 25 days 8 bank holidays)
Christmas leave
Birdie closes between Christmas and New Year so you can have some down time with your loved ones. This is in addition to your base holiday!

Sabbaticals
We recognise that sometimes a longer break is desired thats why as of 2024 we have introduced a sabbatical policy. When you have been with us for 4 years you can take up to 3 months off.

Parental Leave
Highly favourable parental leave policy; once you have spent twelve consecutive months on our payroll primary caregivers are entitled to 26 weeks of parental leave at 100 of your usual salary and secondary caregivers are entitled to 12 weeks of parental leave at 100 of your usual salary.
Fertility Leave Birdie recognises the emotional and physical challenges which may arise during fertility treatments and supports all Birdies by offering 5 additional paid days of leave.
Employer pension contribution
Birdie contributes 4 of your salary to your pension when you contribute 5 (UK Birdies)
