Position Overview:
Apollo Information Systems is seeking a detailoriented and relationshipdriven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage the direct customer responsibilities of our rapidly evolving customer success function. As the CSM you will be responsible for owning postsale engagement managing the full renewal lifecycle leading client communication and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
