Job Description

Position Overview:

Apollo Information Systems is seeking a detailoriented and relationshipdriven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage the direct customer responsibilities of our rapidly evolving customer success function. As the CSM you will be responsible for owning postsale engagement managing the full renewal lifecycle leading client communication and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. This is a highimpact role focused on . Youll report directly to the Director of Customer Success and drive retention growth and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

DaytoDay

  • Coordinate all 90/60/30day renewal activity including outreach meeting setup and quote coordination
  • Lead or support customer meetings; prepare notes and handle all followup activities
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly customer value reports using standardized templates
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records with accurate lifecycle milestone tracking
  • Monitor customer health and engagement; flag risk or upsell opportunities
  • Execute CSAT and NPS campaigns; log and respond to feedback
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests; serve as the daily point of contact
  • Assist in quote/order coordination for renewals or expansions
  • Support customer engagement initiatives to maintain proactive communication

Collaboration & Internal Communication

  • Work with sales and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Communicate account status updates during internal meetings
  • Support ad hoc reporting or data gathering for strategic leadership reviews

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2 years in a Customer Success Account Management or Renewals role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience working with SLED Accounts.
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Comfortable operating in a fastpaced evolving environment

Success Metrics:

  • Ontime renewal rates for assigned accounts
  • Accurate Salesforce data and lifecycle tracking
  • CSAT/NPS participation and satisfaction results
  • Timely report delivery and meeting followups
  • Internal team satisfaction with and communication
