Managed Services Quality Assurance Manager
Join a growing team dedicated to ensuring toptier service quality in critical systems. As a Quality Assurance Manager you will oversee vendorprovided services for HVAC systems generators electrical fire suppression and telemetry/monitoring systems. This remote role requires a detailoriented professional with strong expertise in service evaluations audits and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control systems focused on HVAC generators electrical fire suppression and telemetry/monitoring systems.
Evaluate vendor services to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Inspect delivered services ensuring alignment with outlined requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to establish and uphold service standards.
Conduct regular quality audits and document findings to drive continuous improvement.
Analyze service quality data and provide actionable insights.
Address and resolve service quality issues promptly.
Support demandrelated calls when necessary.
Provide training for internal teams on quality control practices.
Participate in vendor selection evaluating their ability to meet quality expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in quality business engineering or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in quality assurance ideally within HVAC or facilities systems.
Generac Power Systems certification (preferred).
Valid drivers license and clean MVR.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret safety documents and procedure manuals.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Willing and able to travel overnight as needed.
