About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in Project Management Project Planning Estimation Scheduling Costing People management SOW and Risk Management.

• People management with proven experience of managing large team programs in onsiteoffshore model.

• Managing recruitment training and selection of personnel as well as organizing planning and staffing operations.

• Team Management Service Delivery Management Client Relationship Management.

• Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements

• Carrying out resource planning technical direction effort estimation tracking risk management & mentoring; analyzing user requirements and statistics to identify trends and resolve performance issues.

What You Will Do

• Implementing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track project and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Software and System Managers.

• Should have strong knowledge on intel platform(Intel Client/Various Intel product family)

• Should have validation experience in Windows Linux and Bios Firmware and Device driver validation

• Solid background in Pre/Post Silicon validation x86 Architecture

• Nice to have automation development experience (Python Perl).

• Interfacing b/w Client and testing teams and support teams for testing delivery and product dependencies

• Excellent verbal communications skills. Good articulation skills

• Demonstrated team player and leadership in a dynamic fast moving and fast growing product development environment is preferred

What You Need to Be Successful

• 4 years of progressive experience in intel platform (Intel Client/Various Intel product family).

• Nice to have automation development experience (Python Perl).

• Interfacing b/w Client and testing teams and support teams for testing delivery and product dependencies.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Bachelors degree required BE preferred.

• Should have strong knowledge on intel platform (Intel Client/Various Intel product family)

• Should have validation experience in Windows Linux and Bios Firmware and Device driver validation
