Job Description
The awardwinning Forbes 4Star and AAA 5Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Clubis looking for aBaristato join the Food & Beverage Team!
Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach this town played an iconic role in the emergence of Californias surf culture and today is celebrated for its laidback vibe and fun active lifestyle.
The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms 115000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants a beach club lounge marketplace and IRD.
Classification:PartTime
Shift: Various must have availability to work weekends weekdays and holidays.
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

The Barista greets prepares services and takes guests orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly courteous professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Upsells additional items to enhance profitability. Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order. Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
