DescriptionAre you passionate about optimizing commercial processes through creative problemsolving As the Demonstration Equipment Program Coordinator for Fluke Americas you will be responsible for streamlining and managing the Demo Equipment program that supports our Fluke Americas Sales Team. Your role will drive continuous improvement enabling sales excellence and revenue growth.
Coordination
- Oversee the Fluke demo equipment pool including field sales units and customerloaned equipment.
- Handle shipping receiving and purchase orders for demo units.
- Manage the repair and replacement of demo equipment and retire outdated units through donation sale or recycling.
- Support planning and logistics for tradeshows exhibitions and other events requiring demo equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program operations and resolve issues efficiently.
Planning and Development
- Recommend demo equipment kits for Technical Sales Managers tailored to their location and customer needs.
- Coordinate with product leaders to ensure demo units are available for new product launches.
- Monitor demo equipment usage and adjust inventory as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations on operations strategy to senior leadership.
Budgeting and Inventory Management
- Track program costs including purchases repairs storage and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee financial management of demo equipment.
- Organize warehouse space and inventory following lean principles (e.g. 5S model).
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Use the Fortive Business System (FBS) to identify problems analyze root causes and implement improvements.
- Create and share operational metrics reports and dashboards to track performance and support decisionmaking
