Manage Vital Building Data for Multnomah Countys Future!

Multnomah Countys Facilities and Property Management Division (FPM) is seeking a Temporary Building Data Assistant for a 6 months assignment! This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in managing the information for our diverse range of county properties. Youll be instrumental in ensuring our building data is accurate and accessible through tasks like updating Revit models auditing files and facilitating smooth data transitions between projects and operations. Your meticulous work directly contributes to our core mission: providing safe efficient and welcoming facilities for the entire county. The Selection Process: For details about how we typically screen applications review our overview of the selection process page. We expect to evaluate candidates for this recruitment as follows:

Hybrid Telework: This position follows a hybrid schedule combining remote and inoffice work. You will typically work remotely from your home office on Mondays Thursdays and Fridays and work inperson at our Prophet Center location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please note that residency in either Oregon or Washington is a requirement for this role as we cannot support remote work from other locations. This hybrid work arrangement is subject to change. Additionally H2A or Student visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.

Additional Information:

This recruitment may be used to fill fulltime parttime temporary limited duration and oncall positions.

Type of Position: This unionrepresented position is eligible overtime.

Location: Prophet Building 401 N Dixon Ave. Portland OR 97227; see Hybrid Teleworking above for information.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm. There is some flexibility with the start and end times and a possibility of a 9/80 schedule.

However actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidates relevant experience and education. Candidates should expect that initial offers will be made within the listed pay range and may not be at or near the top of the range.

Serving the Public Even During Disasters:

Everyday Multnomah County staff work together to serve as a safety net for our communities. During a disaster this safety net becomes even more critical. All County employees have a role in serving the public during inclement weather natural disaster or other types of community emergency response. During these emergency responses while typically there begins with a call for volunteers county employees may ultimately be reassigned from their current position to a role in the emergency response in order to support the critical needs presented by our communities.
