****Average hourly rate is $17.90(including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.****
*** Travel to other counties and report to the Ottawa office once a week is required***

What Youll Do
As a Support Worker youll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. Youll:
- Teach life skills like handling emotions healthy communication and conflict resolution.
- Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
- Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.
What You Need
All you need is a high school diploma or equivalent and some experience working with kids and familiesor an associate degree in Human Services to jump right in. Well teach you the rest!
