Job Description
Position available in:Elk Grove Village IL
Job Type: Temporary 1215 Week Internship start: midMay/ beginning of June Flexible Start Date)
Hourly Rate: $20.00 $22.00

Education & experience:
- Pursuant of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management Operations Management Engineering Information Technology or similar discipline
Qualifications:
- Interest in Project Managementand Automation
- Positive attitude and dependability with the desire to learn and contribute in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced work environment with fixed project deadlines
Job responsibilities:
- Updating of project plans in MS Project as well as active discussion with the customer
- Review & of feedback in Allex according to the manual as well as consultation with portfolio management in case of postponements
- Coordination of the required project activities within a project team and the technical departments
- Quality control within the project according to the applicable rules in the PM manual
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation in accordance with the applicable rules in the PM manual
- Maintaining tracking and ensuring the timeliness of action items in the Project Center
- Reporting to supervisor and project members
- Documentation of project status in the Project Center
- Active participation in briefings and reporting of projects to the organization
