About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager to join the IFYS People and Culture team in a newly created position.

The Manager People and Culture will oversee the HR Generalist team and Licensing and Onboarding team providing leadership and support with their daytoday service delivery.

This role will be responsible for ensuring IFYS compliance with relevant awards legislation and quality standards and for the provision of HR support to managers and employees.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Tertiary level qualification in HR or a related field
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrated experience effectively leading teams
  • Experience and confidence in providing HR advice
  • Experience leading complex investigation processes
  • The ability to research and analyse information when providing advice or responding to queries
  • A high level of written communication skills
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth
  • A strong customer service ethic and the ability to develop and maintain rapport with key stakeholders
