We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic receptionist working in one of our hotels part of the University of Edinburgh Hospitality & Events collection who display a positive cando attitude and enjoy working within a diverse team. The successful candidate will be based at one of our receptions located at The Scholar; The Scott or KM Hotel & Apartments however flexibility is required to support our other receptions.
This post is an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional development take on additional responsibilities and support us to enhance our reputation under our University of Edinburgh hospitality and events collection brand which is expected to grow over the next years.
In this role you will:
To succeed in this busy role you will need strong multitasking skills excellent commercial awareness and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in a busy frontfacing customer service environment; a hospitality background and deal with a multitude of customers including students in a professional manner. Flexibility to work across weekends is also required.
