Castle Automotive Group is looking for a highly motivatedAccounts Receivable Clerk to help provide customers with exceptional experiences.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities
- Receive and verify customer/vendor payments
- Responsible for maintaining and analyzing activities in the A/R function
- Verifying all charges are added to customer/vendors as necessary
- Process credit applications with Parts Director guidance
- Collect and maintain W9s
- Communicate/follow up with vendors regarding delinquent payments
- Maintain contracts/agreements with all vendors
- Process 1099s
- Assist with extended warranty
- Assist with Accounts Payable as needed
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience is preferred
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
Accounts Receivable Clerk: $17$18/hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
