Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for Building Systems Specialist II . Under the direction of the Plant Operation Supervisor and/or the direction of a more experienced worker the Building Systems Specialist II participates in all aspects of the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in a family of schools as well as general maintenance duties.

Hours of work: 6am2pm

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possesses a secondary school diploma.
  • The incumbent must be pursuing the Building Systems course with intent to complete all modules.
  • Two years previous maintenance experience is required and well developed.
  • Broad based general maintenance skills are essential.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is required.

UCDSB requires your current and two most recent direct supervisors.

If your experience is in a daytoday occasional capacity ensure that you list the length of time that you worked for that Supervisor and whether the assignment was casual daytoday or in a longterm occasional capacity.
