Castolin Eutectic is the world leader in Maintenance & Repair Technologies used in a variety of industries with 100 years of experience and offices in most countries worldwide. Our technologies include welding brazing thermal spray and prepared parts to improve our customers component lifetime and tackle specialist joining problems.
- Handling and resolving escalated Accounts Payable
- Invoice and payment processing issues
- Executing S2P monthend close activities including AP accruals and journal entries
- Preparing and process vendor payments
Job requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Finance & Accounting)
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in efficient and effective supervision of AP department
- Must have a strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers)
- Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
- Willing to work in a hybrid (home office is up to 23 days per week)
