In this exciting new role as a Rheem Rotational Program Associate Engineering Rheem is recruiting for early career professionals who are looking to take that next step in their career development. This position will serve our Water Heating Division located in Montgomery AL.

WAVE Worldclass Accelerated Varied Experiences.
WAVE is a twoyear program that provides participants four sixmonth rotations (waves) in key parts of the business. Candidates learn and contribute to the business through handson assignments as they learn what type of work they enjoy most. At the end of the rotation we will place participants who successfully complete the program in a fulltime job based on company and career goals.
We call our Rotational Associates Surfers because they will go through a multitude of training and development activities to help them learn how to surf and reach the beach (fulltime placement).
We are looking for an applicant to start with rotations starting in January 2025.
We are looking for engineering professionals interested in a job within our product development track. Surfers will learn how Rheem ideates innovates and creates our products. Our Surfers are viewed as important partners who work on projects that impact our business.
You will have four six months rotations supporting projects in the following teams:
Product Engineering
Quality
Innovation Technology
Manufacturing
We ask that our Surfers are in the office three or more days to optimize the experience. Some rotations will require more time onsite
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant discipline. It is highly preferred that the candidate has obtained a bachelors degree within the past two to four years.
- 3.0 GPA or higher (out of 4.0 scale).
- 25 years of transferrable work experience (i.e. internship fulltime employment or other) in relevant fields.
- Must have US citizenship or permanent residency with authorization to work.
- Ability to travel based on rotation assignments.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Recently obtained Masters degree. It is highly preferred that the candidate has obtained a Masters degree within the past two years.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or adjacent environment.
