Job Description
The candidate should have more than 8 years of experience in automation tools data anlaytics observability tools like DYnatrace Grafaba and Splunk and data analysis and reporting tools like power bi and tablaeu.
The candidate should have basic understanding of security platform / products infrastrcture monitoring and operations.
The candidate should have deep understanding of ITIL processes.
Certification on the above will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The candidate should be able to work with the Product Manager to provide Data Insights.
He / She should be able to analyze and report data with inferences for the product team.
He / she should be able to analyze the trend and identify automations opportunities.
He / She should be able to work with the product manager and hold reviews with the product teams
He / She should be the SPOC for any queries on IM CM and PM for the product teams.
He / She should act as a second line to the Product Manager.
Qualifications
The candidate should have a gratduate degree from a reputed institution.
He / She should have 8 years of experience from on the above tools.
He / She would have certifications on the above tools ITIL and products as an added advantage.
