Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Workday AMS Testing Lead
In this role you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday AMS Testing Lead project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities

Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.
Analyze AsIs Processes and design the optimized ToBe Processes
Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
Suggest and improve business processes
Prepare Training Material SOPs etc for Workday HCM processes.
Prepare Test Scripts and perform Testing Workday HCM functionality & configuration
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Create and deliver project level documentation (i.e. status reports RAID logs project plansetc)
Ensure project is delivered ontime and onbudget
Maintain responsibility for performance cost scope schedule quality and appropriate business measurements
Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation
Track issues and riskscommunicate status and escalate concerns applications.
Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames.
Present client with change orders in the event theyre asking Workday to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.
Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings as needed
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

BE/MBA/
Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.

Demonstrated strong proficiency utilizing project management tools such as MS Project
Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical.
Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
Proficiency with business processes including Core HCM Recruiting Talent Management Advanced Compensation Absence Management required.
Experience in leading and of testing in all the cycles of the project.
Good communication and customerfaced skills.
Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
