We are currently looking for a talented Junior Webmaster and Reporting Specialist to play a key role in EXOGROUPs Marketing & Communication Department. You will help build brand awareness for our group of companies in the ad tech/digital advertising sector and help us promote our platform features to a B2B audience. Ideally you will have excellent knowledge of how online organic marketing works how to use a Content Management System how to create interesting Marketing Reports to help identify trends and optimization improvements. At EXOGROUP you will be able to let your creativity shine in this highly rewarding position.
Role:
You will learn how to use our inhouse CMS that allows you to build and maintain our company websites and product webpages you will become the Marketing Teams CMS expert. You will help the Marketing Team improve our online presence by helping us to implement marketing initiatives and projects involving various stakeholders in several departments and companies across our group including ExoClick AdSecure EXADS adnovation and TORO Advertising.
You will be supporting the Marketing Departments large range of initiatives by reporting on the effectiveness of our branding strategies and product/feature launches as well as our content marketing strategies which we manage through blog posts news releases email social media company websites media kits and documentation. Allowing you to have the opportunity to help raise awareness and drive sales and leads for our range of technology brands.
Reporting to the Head of Communication you will work in an informal atmosphere and a dynamic environment learning and growing personally in the meantime.
Profile/ Competencies:
- Analytical mind with ability to identify optimization improvements
- Ability to understand how a CMS functions and how features could be improved
- Be able to work on your own initiative as well as on team projects
- Critical thinker with strong problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of how organic digital marketing functions
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Flexible team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Webmaster Responsibilities:
- Work with Marketings designer to build websites and pages
- Work with copywriting team to create website and webpage content
- Creating and updating competitor comparison pages
- Assist in copy blog content from old wordpress sites as they move over to our CMS
- Organizing language translations and inputting into CMS text fields
- Configure each websites online contact forms favicons metatagging necessary redirects
- Day to day content management of all websites
- Optimizing our corporate websites for SEO page speed search engine high visibility
- Monitoring our corporate websites on search engines to ensure high visibility
- Testing new CMS features for functionality and reporting bugs
- Creating and maintaining our online CMS feature manual to explain what each feature does and how each feature is implemented
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Creation of a Monthly internal marketing report to share with team with key findings and optimizations using:
- Analytics/Search Console
- Social
- SEM Rush
- Email marketing
- Compiling informative quarterly marketing reports
- Competitor monitoring reports
- Compiling monthly sales leads report
Other marketing responsibilities:
- Involved in coordinating and planning of company events
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in working with a CMS
- Fluent in English and able to write grammatically correct English texts
- Good knowledge of SEO Google Analytics Google Search Console Tag Manager
- Proven skills in creating website and web pages
- Self starter with the ability to source content from teams across the group of companies
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills and the ability to identify relevant trends
- Excellent written spoken and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Knowledge of the adtech industry is a plus
- Copywriting skills such as being able to editing down large copy to key points is a plus
