Amazon Studios Global Research Operations is looking for a Research Operations Manager EU to support our consumer insights growth.
Key job responsibilities
Support programming QA sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
Dive Deep: develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
Customer Obsession Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies
About the team
The Amazon Studios Global Research Operations team:
Develops secure online survey testing strategies across 14 international panels
Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
Develops visual reporting tools used by crossteam stakeholders
Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data
Experience in professional noninternship marketing
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
Experience managing or working within crossfunctional marketing and creative teams
Experience in multiterritory campaign management
Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
