Job Description
Hourly Pay: Starting at $22.00 based on experience
Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of accrued vacation plus sick time and a floating holiday

- Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey by understanding their needs and matching them with the right apartment home.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries providing accurate community information and warm helpful communication.
- Lead engaging property tours that showcase the communitys features and benefits and follow up with prospective residents to keep the momentum going.
- Own the leasing process from start to finish from booking appointments to preparing applications and securing signed leases.
- Ensure the model unit and tour route are always guestready with a sharp eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Keep leasing materials organized and ready to go assisting with the preparation of application packets and resident documentation.
- Stay in tune with the local rental market keeping tabs on competing communities and highlighting what makes Prosper on Fayette stand out.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts working to build occupancy and bring in new leads through creative campaigns and community engagement.
- Deliver exceptional service that reinforces a positive brand image and contributes to a thriving resident experience.
- Jump into resident life by helping plan and participate in events and activities that build connection and community.
- Encourage a respectful welcoming environment stepping in to support healthy communication and conflict resolution when needed.
- Contribute to resident newsletters and updates helping maintain clear and consistent communication across the community.
- Experience: Prior leasing or sales experience preferred but customer service pros are welcome too!
- Skills: Strong communication sales ability organizational skills and followthrough.
- Mindset: Energetic relationshipdriven goaloriented and proud to represent your community.
- Extras: Working knowledge of leasing software and CRM platforms is a plus but not required well train the right person!
