Your key responsibilities

Lead and oversee Generative AI initiatives within the Tax Technology function ensuring projects align with strategic business goals.
Develop and implement innovative AI strategies incorporating advanced techniques such as RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) hybrid search and reranking mechanisms.
Architect finetune deploy and maintain large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications integrating core technical solutions into endtoend workflows.
Establish and enforce robust coding standards and software engineering best practices across AI projects ensuring code quality maintainability and scalability.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI projectsfrom design and development through rigorous testing deployment and postdeployment maintenance.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration of AI applications in production environments.
Independently solve complex technical challenges using handson expertise in modern AI techniques while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and technical excellence.
Present project progress technical innovations and strategic insights to top management clearly communicating the value and impact of AI solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation using advanced AI technologies.

Deep technical proficiency in finetuning large language models (LLMs) and handson experience with RAG hybrid search and reranking techniques.
Strong background in software engineering including experience in adhering to coding standards best practices and effective use of version control systems.
Proven expertise in endtoend deployment of AI applications including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Demonstrated ability as an independent problem solver with a track record of developing original impactful solutions to complex technical challenges.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

B.E./ from Top tier Govt. recognized university/Institution
Experience of leading AI Gen AI teams
Strong communication & presentation skills
Experience of leading crossfunctional technofunctional skills
Prior exposure to AI model development and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements related to AI and cloud deployments.
Passion in learning about new technologies in the field of AI Generative AI
Experience in using Generative AI assistants for coding
