Job Description
Job Title: Pain Management and General Anesthesiologist
Location: Rockford Illinois
Anesthesia group in the Rockford Illinois area is seeking a Pain Management and General Anesthesiologist to join their growing team. The incoming physician will provide anesthesia services for orthopedics general surgery and neuro cases and have the unique opportunity to build relationships with surgeons and potentially develop a dedicated pain management practice. While taking call is heavily encouraged the call schedule is negotiable.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $500000 salary.
- Full benefits package including health dental vision and retirement options.
- Significant signon bonus offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for a wide range of cases including orthopedics general surgery and neuro procedures.
- Develop strong working relationships with surgeons providing excellent customer service and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement pain management strategies for various patient types and cases.
- Take call with negotiable hours.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Pain Fellowship and a background in anesthesiology required.
- Experience with a variety of surgeries and procedures including neuro and orthopedic cases.
- Proficient in managing pain across diverse patient demographics.
- Skilled in interpreting diagnostic techniques including CT scans MRIs and ultrasounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to develop and evaluate treatment plans for optimal patient care.
