Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Document Retrieval & EMR Entry:
Contact physicians offices via phone/fax to collect visit notes and upload them to Graftons EMR (Welligent).Pharmacy Order Reconciliation:
Verify medications received from OmniCare against orders. Investigate missing items or incorrect packaging. May require an inperson med box count at a community residence.EMR Transition Support:
Help manage medication orders as we shift off cyclefills and return to standardized pharmacy protocols.Day School Support (if needed):
Provide occasional medication administration at our therapeutic day school.
Who You Are
A licensed LPN (or RN) with an active nursing license in Virginia
Detailoriented and experienced with EMR systems (Welligent Align or similar)
Skilled in longterm care or administrative nursing tasks
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Schedule
MondayFriday only
8 hours/day (start time between 7:309:00am and end between 3:305:00pm)
No evenings weekends holidays or oncall requirements
Qualifications
Active LPN (or RN) License Virginia
1 years of clinical or longterm care experience
Strong documentation and computer skills
EMR system experience (OmniCare Welligent Align or comparable)
Compensation
$27.07to$33.56; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
