Your New Role: Physiotherapist Aged Care
As a qualified Physiotherapist working within Residential Aged Care youll be part of a collaborative and forwardthinking multidisciplinary team delivering personalised therapy that makes a real difference in residents lives.
This is your chance to be part of something exciting contributing to our awardwinning Plena Care Pathway which took home the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence. This initiative allows our therapists to create bespoke goaldriven therapy programs with a focus on function mobility wellbeing and active aging.
What Youll Be Doing
Your role will include a variety of meaningful responsibilities such as:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing clinical recommendations to support daily living mobility falls prevention and pain management
- Creating individual and group therapy programs tailored to each residents goals
- Supporting pressure care equipment needs skin integrity and arthritic joint management
- Collaborating closely with our aged care partners and your OT and allied health peers
- Adapting to the dynamic needs of our residents and facilities while always working within professional scope

What Youll Need:
- A Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
