The Opportunity
As well as overseeing the daily operations of the business the Operations Manager is expected to lead by example setting a standard for respectful positive and professional engagement with residents staff and other stakeholders. This role fosters a workplace culture that promotes strong team morale collaboration and a commitment to highquality service.
About you
- Experience managing people in a customer service environment
- Advanced user of office 365 programs including Outlook Excel Word Teams
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of elderly people and common health concerns such as dementia mental health & cancer
- Financial skills and experience with budgeting
Desirable
- Understanding of Retirement Village legislation and requirements
- Previous experience in Retirement Living Aged Care or Hospitality industries
