Job Description

Description

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Count & reconcile randomly chosen or chosen part numbers and/or locations on daily basis
  • Assist in developing solutions to shortages overages and inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
  • Maintain accurate cycle counts & inventory auditing in all departments
  • Ensure all scans performed correctly
  • Ensures compliance with inventory processes & procedures
  • Adheres to cycle count procedures & guidelines
  • Maintains and modifies excel spreadsheets
  • Participate in all physical inventory activities
  • Investigate the origin of discrepancy
  • Accurately and efficiently locate material physically and in JDE
  • Must meet department quality attendance and productivity requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

For This Role You Will Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of warehouse experience supporting cycle count programs or equivalent experience
  • Basic computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to read and follow processes and policies
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively verbalize and/or document areas of deficiency in areas of inventory control
  • Strong problem solving and basic math skills required
  • Lift max of 35 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
