Job Description
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Count & reconcile randomly chosen or chosen part numbers and/or locations on daily basis
- Assist in developing solutions to shortages overages and inventory discrepancies
- Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
- Maintain accurate cycle counts & inventory auditing in all departments
- Ensure all scans performed correctly
- Ensures compliance with inventory processes & procedures
- Adheres to cycle count procedures & guidelines
- Maintains and modifies excel spreadsheets
- Participate in all physical inventory activities
- Investigate the origin of discrepancy
- Accurately and efficiently locate material physically and in JDE
- Must meet department quality attendance and productivity requirements
- Other duties as assigned
For This Role You Will Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 year of warehouse experience supporting cycle count programs or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to read and follow processes and policies
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively verbalize and/or document areas of deficiency in areas of inventory control
- Strong problem solving and basic math skills required
- Lift max of 35 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
