Job Description

Glide Relaunch USA is a tenweek returntowork program or returnship that provides the necessary resources to support and accelerate your exposure at Wells Fargo after being on a current career break of at least two 2 years.

  • The professional role(s) below have been set aside by the business division(s) in anticipation of their Glide fellow filling that position.
  • During your tenweek returnship you will spend 80 of your time focused on work directly aligned to the role within the business.
  • The remaining 20 of your time consists of a program managerled cohort curriculum experience that includes skills refresh engagement with program graduates and senior leader networking opportunities giving you the chance to learn from successful Wells Fargo leaders who will share their expertise and knowledge to help relaunch your career.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
