About us
Job Purpose
To support the project lead in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives of the enterprise wide electricity distribution and transmission throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead motivate and develop a professional highperformance work team.
- Allocate resources in order to ensure results are delivered in line with expectations and customer needs.
- Take responsibility for the technical support for new and existing electrical construction projects.
- Prepare and contribute to the development technical content and implementation of National Grids standards and procedures.
- Identify risks and put in place actions to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of engineering and design projects.
Supervisory/Interpersonal Experience Required
- Demonstration of a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with company personnel.
- Strong leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited engineering institution with knowledge of power systems
