Novo Nordisk has a unique opportunity for a sciencedriven and customer focusedprofessional to partner with Specialists in achieving better patient outcomes with innovative medicines and medical activities for new medicines in Rare Blood Diseases.

You will report to the Medical Science Liaison Manager and be part of an experienced and diverse Clinical Medical and Regulatory team with an excellent opportunity to develop and refine your skills.
The position
As a Senior Medical Science Liaison you will:
- Establish and maintain clinical and scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Execute medical communication plans to internal and external customers collaborating crossfunctionally with Marketing Sales PAPA CMR CDC and GMA.
- Support prelaunch and product launch activities including training KOL mapping and site identification.
- Develop and execute key customer engagement plans to increase awareness and advocacy of our products.
- Drive scientific communication strategies and provide input to clinical trials and RWE plans as well as define and execute publication strategies and provide medical education through scientific meetings and symposia.
Qualifications
- Must possess a PharmD or Ph. D or M.D.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Haematology is highly desirable.
- Displays business acumen/knowledge based on experiences such as participation in formulary process decisions.
- Peerlevel knowledge in the target therapeutic areas.
- Must either be an Australian citizen or have a current residency Visa to live and work in Australia.
