Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The main function of this position is to verify ticket pack bulk merchandise and process accordingly.
INTERACTION:
Interaction with other associates and leads in the department.
Some interaction with other individuals within the distribution center and company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Gather all necessary supplies for your work area from the designated supply area. Pick up distros with tickets that will be used for assigned work orders.
Obtain a distro packet before ensuring that all necessary tags/labels and distro documents are included. Match the receipt number PO number SKU and style number on the pallet ID as well as the unloading document with the distro and ticket information.
Match the tag prices with distro.
Count the total number of cartons and pallets according to the order and write down per procedure the actual number of cartons that are present. Check for any discrepancies with the Distro and/or merchandise after this step.
Obtain containers for packing the merchandise prior to removing any old store labels as well as ensuring the container is free of any debris.
Ticket merchandise per procedure based on merchandise type and write necessary information on the distro before repacking.
Return the Distro Summary and all associated documents to the ticketing clerk.
NONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
May be required to perform other processing functions or to move to other departments to work based on business needs.
Clean the area around the assigned workstation including returning all the materials to their original locations.

Must be able to stand during the entire assigned shift.
Must have adequate vision speech hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. bending stooping reaching etc..
Must have full hand and arm usage to perform essential job functions.
Must be able to lift push pull and up to 50 lbs. necessary to distribute orders.
Must be able to use stairs to complete essential functions where the department is located.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to communicate logically and clearly in a group or individual setting.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work requirements.
- Desire for career advancement in the organization.
- Accurately complete simple math tasks such as counting and adding.
Must be able to use assigned equipment and tools to complete job responsibilities.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Annual performance appraisal administered by the respective supervisor.
Attainment of annual goals established between supervisor and incumbent.
Maintain accuracy and at least a 90 PIP percentage on a six week rolling period.
