Studio Manager Kendall Square Studio

5 Broad Canal Way Cambridge MA

Were looking for a Studio Manager who will be the heartbeat of our Kendall Square studio someone passionate about building a positive culture developing toptier teams and driving operational excellence revenue growth and studio performance.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Build a studio culture rooted in collaboration positivity and performance. Foster a peoplefirst environment where team members feel empowered supported and excited to deliver amazing care.

  • Operational Leadership: Manage the daytoday operations of a highvolume studio. Ensure excellence across staffing scheduling inventory management compliance and member experience.

  • Drive Revenue Sales and Production: Partner with clinical leadership to achieve (and exceed) monthly revenue and production goals. Motivate the team through clear expectations ongoing coaching and recognition of achievements.

  • Champion the Member Experience: Create an environment where every Tend member feels welcomed cared for and delighted ensuring a bestinclass experience from checkin to checkout.

  • Develop Your Team: Hire onboard train and coach a team of 20 clinical and nonclinical professionals. Conduct regular feedback sessions performance reviews and foster career growth.

  • Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with central operations talent marketing and other support teams to drive success at the studio level.

  • Track Performance Metrics: Own studio KPIs forecast needs analyze trends and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

About You

  • Bachelors Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • 2 years leading operational teams of 15 employees in healthcare hospitality or a related servicedriven industry.

  • 5 years of management or operations experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of driving sales hitting revenue targets and optimizing production.

  • Financially savvy comfortable managing budgets and identifying levers for business growth.

  • Exceptional communication skills equally comfortable motivating a team or resolving member concerns.

  • Handson leadership style with a high sense of urgency and a proactive solutionoriented mindset.

  • Strong technology skills able to navigate scheduling systems reporting dashboards and Dentrix Ascend with ease.

  • Excited to build grow and lead in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.

Studio Operating Hours:

  • Monday/Thursday/Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday/Wednesday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

Shifts:

  • M/Th/F: 7:30 AM4:00 PM or 9:00 AM5:30 PM

  • Tu/W: 6:30 AM3:00 PM or 11:00 AM7:30 PM

  • Sat: 7:30 AM3:30 PM
