Job Description
Salary Range: $1825 per hour
Job Type: FullTime and PartTime
Number of Hires for Role: 1
About Us: Westbound & Down is a brewing company dedicated to adventure. We got our start when some good friends made a pact to share their pursuit of better food and drink with the world. Today were a familyrun business with deep Colorado roots that aims to infuse the spirit of the West in every keg bottle meal and moment. Brewing beer is an art. Each element leads to the unique and layered taste of our beers. We pride ourselves in making great beer and keeping the process and overall experience approachable. Westbound & Down Brewing Company is made of a dynamic team working to provide our community with exceptional service unique elevated fare and distinct sophisticated beers.
Westbound & Down has a new brewpub in Lafayette CO. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about great craft beer amazing food excellent guest service and being a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean the dishwasher area
- Run plates and cooking supplies to their proper stations
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Prepare Salads and other menu items
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
